Shipping policy

Please note that Muscle Engineering is not responsible for carrier delivery schedules or postal network disruptions.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all address details provided are correct and that someone will be present during the hours of delivery to receive the deliver. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided or for deliveries that delivered unattended.

Muscle Engineering Products 
All of our own Muscle Engineering products and accessories are shipped within 24 hours (Mon- Fri) 48Hrs if the order is placed over the weekend, delivery times within Australia approximately 5-7 business days*. (pending stock availability, if stock is on back order delays may occur).

Overseas Affiliate Products
All our affiliate products usually ship from overseas within 48-72 hours and approximately take 10-20 business days* to arrive within Australia.

*please note: Cancelling orders do incur a $10 restocking fee if they parcel has left our facility, if the order is cancelled within the first hour no restocking fee will apply.

**COVID-19 UPDATE:

This is an incredibly challenging time for the people, families and businesses of Australia as we all unite to stop the spread of COVID-19. 

Please be aware that global government restrictions on non-essential businesses, including the transport industry, may cause unforeseen delays to the delivery of your products (both local ME and Affiliate brands), as priority is given to food and medical supplies. 

We understand that in order to adhere to social distancing guidelines, international and local delivery centres have temporarily adjusted by reducing staff, which may result in a delay in delivery services.

Domestic deliveries are experiencing delays of up to 2-4 business days, and international deliveries are experiencing delays due to flight cancellations and government restrictions related to COVID-19 of up to 7-10 business days.

We at ME are continuously monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they occur. If you have an questions, or concerns about the delivery of an item - please contact our dedicated customer service team.
